He cannot deny it now because of lot of people who were present at that time are still here but from time to time, he would try to justify it. The Philippines was better under Martial law? Is that why a US court ordered that money from the Marcos estate be distributed to some 10,000 victims of human rights abuses under the Marcos watch?
