We should send ex president Fidel Valdez Ramos a pack of cigars samplers during his birthdays. The guy is known for munching into a cigar all the time but I remember him saying that he doesn’t actually smoke it. He has it with him all the time and jokes that he sometimes has it for lunch! That guy is lovingly referred to be everyone as – TABAKO!
