A friend of mine once remarked that one common denominator between all those on diet is that “they all won’t stop eating”. If that is the case, people should learn to exercise a lot more in order to burn more than the calories that they are taking or… take the best diet pills. That’s the only way, in my opinion. Of course everything intended to alter one’s physical state should always be guided by qualified doctors.
